Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the 1betmega platform ("Company", "we"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application and related services provided by 1betmega.

Acceptance of this Agreement occurs automatically when you:

• Register a new account on the 1betmega platform;
• Use any feature or service available on the platform;

Each user may only register one (1) account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Bonuses are valid for one (1) claim per user unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted;

Game Rules and Wagering

Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to verify the user's identity when requested;
• Account inactivity for an extended period following notice.

Before closing the account, ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn first. 1betmega will comply with a user's self-exclusion instructions if requested on responsible gambling grounds.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1betmega will not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or network issues beyond our control;
• Data errors caused by third parties including game software providers;
• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The "Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the latest amendment. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
